• No outside food and drinks allowed.

  • Please remove your shoes and leave them outside neatly.

  • Do keep your volume low and no running or jumping.

  • Do not feed the cats outside food or treats.

  • Please treat the cats gently, do not force them to cuddle and give them space if they need it.

  • No carrying of our cats. They may scratch if they are uncomfortable.

  • Keep our doors closed behind you and make sure no cat gets let out. If in any case a cat runs out please inform our staff immediately.

  • All kids under 10 years old need an adult accompanying them at all times, entry rates apply.

  • Always look after your own belongings. Unattended snacks and drinks will be cleared away.

  • Please return all board games and game pieces back on the shelf where they belong.

  • Please clean up after yourself, trash bins are provided.

  • Shift back any chairs or cushions to their original position.

Our rules.

  • For customers bringing children, note that as our cat cafe is meant to be a quiet, conducive place for our cats and studying/working guests, we seek your understanding to keep your volume low and to make sure the kids are not running or jumping around or being rough with the cats.

    Kids are required to follow our house rules and rules enforced by our staff. At least 1 paying adult is needed to be with kids below 10 years.

    We reserve the rights to ask guests to leave if there is any disruptive behaviour that causes harm to our cats, staff or the property.
